Rates

• $359 per night
• Less than 7 nights booked at owner's discretion
• $175 out-cleaning fee
• $500 refundable deposit
• Hawaii tax of 17.96%, Tax ID # 069-997-3632-01
• Rent due 60 days before arrival
• Credit cards accepted (Mastercard, Visa, AmEx, Discover)

Rental Policy
The rent is due 60 days before your arrival.

Deposit
A $500 deposit is needed to hold your reservation. The deposit is separate from the rent and will be refunded to you by mail approximately 4-6 weeks after you leave. We deduct any charges for damage that is more than normal wear and tear.

Cancellations
You need to send a written notice of cancellation 90 days or more before your arrival date to receive a full refund of your deposit less a $75 processing fee. Otherwise, your entire deposit will be forfeited. If less than 60 days written notice, the rent and excise tax will be forfeited unless the condo can be re-rented.

Keys and Directions
For your convenience, we mail the keys and directions to our condo after receiving the balance of the rental fee. To allow for cleaning, check-in time is 3:00 p.m and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Furnishings
Our condo is completely furnished and includes linens and kitchen items in hopes that you will feel right at home!
